Mark McComiskey is involved in all aspects of AVAIO’s investment and operational activities. Mr. McComiskey represents AVAIO as a board member of Mexico Pacific Limited, LLC.

Mr. McComiskey has over 20 years of experience in private equity and infrastructure investing and has invested over $4 billion of equity in projects in the energy, infrastructure, transportation and manufacturing sectors.

Prior experience:

• Prostar / Vanwall (2012–2016): Senior Managing Director at Prostar’s energy private equity fund and founding partner of Vanwall Capital, a spin-out venture

• First Reserve (2004–2012): Co-Head of the private equity business at First Reserve, a leading global energy, renewables and infrastructure investment firm

• Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (2000–2004): Principal at the private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice
